Avery Dennison Announces New Graphics Solutions Sales Leadership

Wrap like a king contest winner

Avery Dennison appointed two new leaders to head the company’s sales organization serving the graphics media industry. Both have a long history with the graphics materials industry.

 

Kelly Hall has been named vice president, sales, Materials Group North America and Bill Podojil was named sales director, Graphics Solutions North America.

 

In her new role, Hall will lead the business’s field sales, technical sales, customer service and technical support teams for two business segments: Label and Packaging Materials and Graphics Solutions. Podojil will report directly to Hall and lead the Graphics Solutions’ direct and distribution sales teams serving customers in the general signage, fleet and architecture industries with products including screen and cut materials, digital imaging media and car wrapping films.

 

“Both Kelly and Bill have a long history with the graphics materials industry and bring exceptional expertise, experience and perspective,” said Darrell Hughes, vice president and general manager of Avery Dennison Materials Group North America. “Our commercial teams are committed to helping our customers grow, and Kelly and Bill with be strong leaders in that mission.”

 

Hall joined Avery Dennison in 1999 and brings 15 years of experience in the company to this role. She began her career with financial planning and marketing roles in the company’s former office products division and Label and Packaging Materials. Most recently, Hall led Avery Dennison’s global Reflective Solutions business -- as global business director beginning in 2007, general manager in 2009 and as vice president since 2011.

 

Podojil is returning to Avery Dennison from Ohio-based color concentrates manufacturer Americhem where he was vice president and general manager since 2012. Prior to that, he held several roles with Avery Dennison between 1995 to 2012. His most recent role was as global director for Avery Dennison Automotive Solutions, where he led a global organization providing the automotive industry with Avery Dennison’s complete portfolio of solutions for a wide range of vehicle component manufacturing.

 

Hall received her bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Iowa. Podojil received a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and MBA from Cleveland State University. Both Hall and Podojil will be based in Mentor, Ohio.
